I had a wonderful experience at AB in Bel Air with Dr Kim and Zahra. They were patient and well-versed helping me make the best choices for my insurance and for my needs. We went through many pairs of glasses yet she stuck with me and made it an enjoyable experience. As a result, I was able to use some unexpected discounts because Zahra wanted me to get the best value for my money. Overall, both Dr Kim and Zahra were an absolute delight and made this trip true vision care. Thank you!

I took my daughter in for some emergency glasses due to there 2/$99 promotion and the service was so good I got her designer glasses with all the extras when we picked up the emergency ones. Korey was sooooo good with her. The time she took with her and her friendly and kind care made Ariah feel extremely comfortable. The other employees and doctor were all exceptional as well. 10 stars to Korey and staff! Thank you America's Best!

I wish I had listened to the bad reviews I'd seen here and gone elsewhere. I niavely thought the recent good reviews means they're making an attempt to get better but its VERY clear they do not respect customer's time and nothing has changed. If you have three people with appointments starting before 10, I cannot imagine why the doctor would be walking in at 10:08. My appointment was 9:50. There was a girl with an appointment before me and a lady with one after. They have first part of the exam that was timely and good. I was finished with that at 10. Waited. Waited. Girl before me is still waiting and begins looking around. Someone walks in at 10:08 (hands full of bags, jacket on. Clearly JUST walking in to begin work) and it takes me a minute for me to realize that was the doctor we're waiting for. She chats with the front office girl about hiring for a few minutes. Another few minutes pass before she finally calls the girl before me.In total it ends up being 30 minutes of a wait between first part of exam to second. Everything else was fine. They definitely try to upsell everything even with insurance. Whatever just get me in and out in an efficient manner. DO NOT SET APPOINTMENTS FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE DOCTOR EVEN ARRIVES. It's truly just rude and no amount of customer service can undo that. Start your appointments at 10am, or 1030. Its ridiculous. Respect our time.

Everyone was great. We were greeted and checked in quickly, the pre exam was painless, Dr Kim was great and Korey was fabulous. She helped my wife feel at ease with the whole process and select the best contacts and glasses for her needs. By the time my exam was done we were getting phone calls that our goat was loose and I almost had to leave without picking out glasses. Luckily Korey was able to go to the wall and pick out the 2026 version of my favorite Nike pair within seconds (first pull off the wall) and had my order placed and me checked out within a couple minutes. She made everything so easy. We will be coming back here for all our future needs.

This location has great customer service. I brought my brother here because I heard they do great work and it is true. Great people and great service means we will always comeback to this location and refer everyone we know. From the bottom of my heart I thank you for helping my brother.
