One of my contact lenses tore at the end of my workday, and unfortunately, I didn’t have a backup pair or my eyeglasses with me. I was extremely worried because driving with only one contact lens was difficult and unsafe. I rushed to AB and arrived just five minutes before closing, hoping they were still open and that they would have my prescription in stock. Sha immediately put me at ease. She listened with kindness, remained calm and professional, and reassured me while she searched for my prescription. To my absolute relief, she found the exact contact lenses I needed! Sha was amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful with my contact lenses, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made for a great experience.

I've been a customer for over 16 years at this establishment. I was initially very upset coming into an appointment that I had to be rescheduled for because they were so busy the first time. Admittedly, I was a few minutes late for my appointment because of issues with my child's care provider. I was first told that I would have to be rescheduled again which I could not afford to do because I was on my last set of contacts. Tanya, the manager, was standing close by and she was very kind and understanding of my issue. She spoke to me with such patience and compassion. She also immediately rectified the issue and went above and beyond to satisfy my concerns. Aquilah, the front desk tech, was also very helpful and involved in doing their best to find a resolution. I know I'm only one customer of thousands but I was ready to take my business elsewhere. Because of these two, I will continue my long tenured loyalty to this business.

Dr. Keller was knowledgeable and quick, and Johanna was polite, professional, and efficient. Not having to dilate my eyes for the retinal exam was amazing. Hopefully my lenses turn out equally good! Thanks

As a patient that has been coming here for three years, this will be my last visit today. There has clearly been a change in management and the taller African-American lady who is now the new manager has a horrible attitude and was Extremely unhelpful. Based on Our conversation it looks like this company‘s priority is to charge clients more money than they should be as well as lacking to take the extra step in ensuring great customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
