⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars! I had an outstanding experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses at Centerpoint Mall! I took my 84-year-old mother-in-law in for new glasses, and the entire team treated her with incredible kindness, patience, and respect. A special thank you to Liz, Nevada, Rosalyn, and Carmen. They were absolutely wonderful! They took their time with us, offered honest opinions about which frames looked best, and never made us feel rushed. The store was exceptionally clean, organized, and had a huge selection of frames. We were especially excited to find amazing clearance deals on both designer and non-designer frames. The prices were so good that we ended up purchasing five pairs of glasses between us because, let’s be honest… both Mom and I have a habit of misplacing ours! From the moment we walked in until we left, the customer service was exceptional. If you’re looking for a friendly team, a beautiful selection, honest advice, and great value, I highly recommend America’s Best at Centerpoint Mall. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience was great! Nevada helped me over the phone and in person Rozalyn did a great job walking me through everything with insurance, the exams, and learning how to order Pair frames with me (with help from the Hispanic manager, wish I remembered her name). We really connected like we were the same person 😂 I came to this company because my grandma goes to the Grandville location. This place coincidentally carries the Pair frames I was going to purchase separately and independently online while having just the eye exam in person. Glad I could do it all in one stop! ⭐

I bought my glasses 6 weeks ago from America’s Best. They needed adjusting so I stopped in. Carmen looked at them and made some adjustments…no charge, no waiting, just great service. I left with newly adjusted glasses, that felt better. I appreciate true, good service.

I had a great overall experience with my eye exam and ordering contacts. The process was smooth, and the staff member who assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable, and did their best to make sure everything was handled properly. My exam felt thorough, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained to me. The only downside was the staffing. Since it was a Saturday—when many people are off work and able to come in—it seemed like there should have been more than one person available. Having a single staff member manage all the customers led to longer wait times and made the experience feel a bit rushed at times. That said, the person working handled the situation as well as they could, and I still left satisfied with my exam and contact order. With better staffing during peak times, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Whole experience was really great! Eye exam Dr is nice and I want to give a BIG shoutout to LIZ!! After my exam I was looking at glasses she was so friendly and sweet came over and helped me with some GREAT pairs that fit my face and style. When it was time to pick up my glasses today I walked out with a SMILE and CONFIDENCE. Thank you LIZ again!! If you thinking about coming here she is great highly recommend. Glad I can see clearly.
