I had the best experience at Pearle Vision on 28th Street. Booking the appointment was easy and I got in right away. The person who checked me in and did the initial tests was very informative and super-positive. The optometrist was great. I had seen Dr. Koon and really liked him. His partner Dr. Larson was equally wonderful. I felt like I was in good hands and I trust them both to take good care of my eyes. The optician who helped me pick out frames was also very, very good. From beginning to end my experience at Pearle Vision 28th Street was excellent. What a wonderful group of people are working there. Thank you for your professionalism.

My son and I had appointments today. From start to finish it was a great experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Explaining the tests to my son and answering questions.

I’m very pleased with the staff at this store as well as the quality of their eyeglasses. Bill, the store manager, was very helpful to me in finding just the “right pair” of glasses.kita and Sarah were also helpful.
