First Id like to state that I have not picked up my glasses yet. This review is for my initial eye exam and help choosing a frame that I would love. From the moment I walked in I was greated and treated like family in a very professional way. Tony was so helpful and friendly in helping me find the perfect glasses for me! And he was training another employee at the same time! That young man's name slips my mind but he will also be quite an asset to the company! I felt like I had my two brothers helping me find the perfect glasses. I had so much fun! Thank you Americs Best! 🤓

The staff at this location is wonderful! From being warmly greeted by the receptionist on the phone and in person to having a representative who is incredibly knowledgeable on frame, fit, and design tailored to an individual's face (thank you Tony!) , I've felt very supported and I've felt the same level of support for my toddler son! Kelly does a wonderful job fostering an environment that makes patients and customers feel well taken care of, not matter their need or age!
I am just really dissappointed. I went in for a consultation on getting a pair of glasses, and hopefully contacts. I didn't realize that going for the contact route cost me the ability to get the two pairs of glasses that are advertised. Shame on me for not checking into that. Unfortuanately, I am not able to put contacts in, just can't do it. So instead I bought a pair of glasses. I picked transision lenses that changed focus from near to far gradually with blue light blocking and a set of frames that my wife and I picked out. I even sprung for the warranty. At first I was extremely happy with them and their performance. Within a month the lens popped out of one side. These frames have set screws that tighten up to hold the lenses in place. Turns out they are a very fine pitch thread that strips out very easily. They honred the warranty and replaced the frames. A couple of months later it happened again. This time I asked them if maybe we can go with a different frame since this one obviously has a weakness in the design. The lady I was working wth said, yeah, let's look into that. Turns out, because I had my glasses warrantied once, there was no more coverage. I would have to pay for an entire new set of glasses. A flawed design with a glaring weak point and over $500 out the door. I took the broken glasses and left. I refuse to keep giving good money to a company that won't acknowledge that they sold a faulty product. Guess I'll just deal with reader glasses. At least I don't feel ripped off when the ones I buy on Amazon break. I mostly wish someone would have worked with me on a solution. Instead it was "we fixed them once and now you have to pay again." I technically already prepaid the first replacement by buying the warranty. I was never told it was a one time use. When I warranty things in my business it's 5 years/ 60,000 miles. That means once, twice, god forbid three times, I'ts covered. Also after multiple times, we're trying to find a solution that is longer lasting for you. Instead, I got to bad so sad. Never again.
Just ordered PAIR frames and toppers at our Maple Grove , MN store. I worked with Tony and Kelly. They were amazing help. Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of products. They are both friendly and caring individual who saved me many dollars by helping with my Medica debit card.
I’ve been going to America’s Best (Maple Grove) for years and have always had a great experience. I came in to the Maple Grove location looking to get new frames yesterday and Tony helped me. He was great in helping me find frames that I like (without pressuring me nor handing me glasses that totally did not fit me) and setting me up to renew my prescription before ordering the glasses, all while helping me save money. Thank you Tony!
