Terrible technician taking initial visual exam, puffer test, retinal imaging. Very sour, rude and unprofessional attitude. Please train her to have better customer service. The Dr didn’t seem to care once I spoke to him afterwords about her demeanor. She was short tempered, huffy puffy and any question was a bother. I felt like I was being processed for what I would assume jail intake would be like. Do better. What saved the day were the amazing people in the lobby. The young woman taking payment, talking to me about glasses, contact options did listen and ask details on my experience. She assured me it would be passed on. This mattered to me. Thank you for saying that. Her manager was very helpful too. Thank you. Please note, if you want an unprofessional eye exam - this is your place. If you want amazing customer service for anything retail this is your place too. I will not be back. The tech ruined it for me.
