This place was amazing. The eye doctor got me Through the process quick, but when it came down to my glasses, the lady took her time to make sure I was happy with my glasses. Just got my glasses today. Those were on time as well. I called and my second pair was supposed to come in five days later, but those were there along with the other ones. Also the lady at the end made sure they fit properly as well thank you guys so much! You made the process easy and made me feel comfortable when I was nervous!

I transferred from blue springs AB to independence AB, the service is outstanding, everything on the testing is explained, the front desk was great helping pick out the frames I wanted and showed the multiple colored lenses with my sunglasses, they text me when both pairs were ready for pickup, thats a plus in my life at my age, the fit of both glasses and UV protection on my sunglasses was perfect Grey smoke/ Blue, the free extra pair of lenses with my ray ban aviator sunglasses is a plus incase of emergency. I’m so sorry to leave a bad review as my husband and I have used ABC in the past, always fine. Today they said they could not process my vision exam insurance. It’s never been a problem before. The young lady at the front desk was courteous and helpful, the manager was not. She very clearly showed that she couldn’t care less if I got my glasses there, and actually made me feel unwelcome. I might have paid out of pocket for the exam if I had been treated with good customer service. We won’t be back.

The technician and optometrist were very friendly and professional. Amber was helpful with my insurance, showing options, and offering good advice on frames. Ashley, the assistant manager, was very personable and fixed the nose piece of my old glasses while I waited.

While I’ve been visiting this location for years+ and they helped me resolve Rx related migraines; I was finally able to get my spouse to agree to his very first exam! Self pay - okay! They were super informative, not pushy. They went thru the process of the exam and Rx, looking at sets of glasses. We were able to receive a referral for some more in depth tests due some possibly concerning irregularities found. It’s great to have a start point for our continued journey. There was two gentlemen working that really went above and beyond, the exam assistant and the sales manager(¿). Spouse was very nervous about even going and those two made it comfortable/ professional/ easy.
