Friendly and good service. Also very patient when my 12 year old son and me couldn't decide on a pair of glasses. Only recomendation I would give is that you make sure you ask what your insurance is covering, as I almost paid full price because the girl helping me out didn't put the insurance correct. But it looked like she was new.

Tracy was fantastic. The staff was welcoming and friendly as soon as I walk through the door. I broke some glasses and needed them fixed but also Tracy help me fix the pair that were already jacked up on my face. Great location and great staff! I look forward to coming back!

Came here for an eye exam. The front desk lady and doctors are great. After the exam I met with “Neese” she was rude , unfriendly and only wanted to upsell the products . Very Poor customer service and she is driven by sales only and not kind or friendly to the customers at all. I understand that sales are important in her career path but making the customer feel valued is more important than making a sale.

Came in to get glasses(that I did not buy from Here) back aligned, and un-bent Brandon did it in less than 5 minutes, free of charge and cleaned the lenses and offered a free cloth but was out. Amazing customer service, friendly and welcoming environment. 10/10 :)

Been coming here for years and only recently within the last year or two did I set up an appointment around 6pm, showed up early and they asked if I could request less services because they wanted to clock out at a reasonable time. Mind you my job schedule had me clocking out at 7pm during that time and so I had to use my own personal time off work to schedule this. As soon as I heard that, I left and told them not to worry. They can clock out at a reasonable time that day and I never went back and won’t be going back unfortunately. I need my eyes checked again so I hope this next time will be better but I have very little hope and if it happens again then I won’t be returning.
