I had an excellent experience at this optometry practice! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were especially helpful with my contact lenses, taking the time to make sure I found the right fit and answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and they made what can sometimes be a frustrating process incredibly easy. It’s clear this team truly cares about their patients and takes pride in delivering a great experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and exceptional customer service!

I've been seeing an eye doctor for 35 years and Dr Crystal Remington is the best I've ever seen. When it came to an eyeglass fitting and answering all of my insurance and payment questions, Imelda was perfect. I don't love the $25 missed appointment fee, but don't miss your appointments.

Very nice group of people. They are friendly and have always greeted with a smile. I’m usually in and out in 30 minutes. I have gotten both my glasses and contacts from them. If you have insurance or able to pay out of pocket i would definitely go here. Nice selection of glasses. Patient team.

This clinic is very quick and attentive. I appreciate how my care is explained. Additionally, this office is very informed on how my health and vision insurance collaborate. When I was picking out my glasses the staff was very helpful as well!
