They tried telling me the doctor needs a specific test for me in order to get my eyes checked; i declined. My glasses were supposed to be here today, the 24th, after having ordered them two weeks ago, and they told me the glasses didnt even ship from their shop until *today* Also, they didnt call me, I called them to find this out. So, no communication, no prompt or effective service. The Glasses are nice.
The two women who greeted me at the front desk were very welcoming. Dr. Robin and Hannah did a great job during my appointment for a contacts prescription. It was disappointing that they didn't have the required trial contact lenses for me, but they were able to order them at no additional cost. I would recommend going here for any of your prescription needs! Great service and everything was very timely.
I haven’t had the most positive experiences at Americas Best with their customer service. So I was weary to go in today to pick up my prescription of contacts but I was in a pinch and knew they had them in stock. And I’m so glad I did! The girl behind the desk, her name was Sierra, was so kind and sweet. Definitely changed my opinion on this place! Thank you Sierra!!!
Good morning i had a great experience with EVERYTHING! i went to pcik up my glasses last week thursday late afternoon . the lady who attended me was very nice and helpful . she kept trying to fix my glasses because they we uneven and the guy there kept insisting her to not pay attention to that and was geting upset that she even told me they were uneven. HE TOLD HER HE WASENT WORRIED ABOUT THAT ; in other words that he dident care how satifiest customers leave there . Maybe he should keep in mind that him doing that dident make him look any good . he kept brushing off the issue with my glasses alignment rushing her to have me out whole time the nice polite lady was trying to help me out .
Great customer service, the two ladies working the front desk are amazing! Though I feel terrible how much the sun affects them where they sit, having some shades on those windows would be really helpful!
