They don't have a great selection of glasses that are covered by Medicaid the only ones really covered are very manly or just plastic and the options available are very slim. The testing went fine as usual but they will try to upcharge you to have pictures of your eyes done which is almost a $40 charge which is not covered by insurance. There is a bit of lack of communication because I told them from the beginning I will only do what is covered by insurance and then I got turned around and asked if I wanted that procedure done with the pictures and it's like regurgitating things I already put on the file for pre-registering and then questioned again once I was finally in the room as to what he was going to be done so the communication level of the staff is not sufficient and I ended up getting four emails and for text messages within a week's time span about the appointment that is way too much it is overwhelming people have lives

Most of the staff is super friendly, but heads up, one girl isn't very communicative that they signed a contract to the detriment of patients on insurance they actively accept. They'll take your Medicaid insurance quick, but they have a personal contract that apparently dictates that Medicaid patients can't even pay out of pocket for anti-glare, that isn't covered. State doesn't cover it and she had a ridiculous attitude about THEIR CHOICE to sign a contract saying they can't even let you pay for it. They'll take your insurance without mentioning to you that they can't meet your needs, and then act like its somehow your fault. They could just not sign contracts that are a total disadvantage to customers they choose to accept, but they did. Be aware if you have eye conditions that make it so you can't see through glare and reflections. Otherwise, good frame selection, the doctor is very nice, and all the other front desk girls are great and patient. The know-it-all one that doesn't seem to want to give you all the info you need to make difficult financial decisions is pretty off-putting though.

I can't praise this place enough! From making the appointment, to check in, the eye exam and ordering the glasses the whole team was kind, caring, informative, compassionate and amazing! Ms. Jenny, Ms. Cassey, Theresa and the optometrist Ms. Tiller all made my 11 year old comfortable with care and answering all the questions we had and we had alot! Thank you Ladies again!

LONG WAIT TIMES and less than knowledgeable staff! I have been going to this location for a few years. As of late I noticed wait times are EXTREMELY long and staff doesn't seen to be knowledgeable of insurance benefits and eligibility. My appointment today was at 11:40am. It is now 1:00pm and I still haven't seen the doctor. Also, the staff is friendly but not super knowledgeable. When my boyfriend's insurance changed, it took 3 phone calls (2 with the insurance company on the call) for them to realize he was in network. In this day of technology and competition in the marketplace, there is no reason for an appointment to be over an hour behind and for staff to not have basic medical competency.

Front desk receptionist Theresa and Sheryl were a delight. Sheryl had only been there for a week, and gave me quality service but also did her due diligence of confirming everything was handled appropriately. Sheryl was eager to help me choose the right frames for me. Theresa was kind and informative. The only caviot is I wish Dr.Tiller was a little more personable, but understand there were other patients to attend to.
