Doctor Harriot!!! Thank you!!! I have been getting eye exam since I was 14 years old.I just turned 40. Not only was it the best , most accurate eye exam i've ever had, the customer service was out of this world!! It was without a shadow of a doubt, the best experience I've e ever had getting an eye exam. The product from that eye exam is the most accurate prescription I've ever had. I can finally see how beautiful nature is in its complete totality, thanks to this eye exam. I can go on and on about how accurate this eye exam was. I have an astigmatism in one eye.So for the last fifteen years, everything's been blurry at a distance . Not anymore!!! The doctors there truly care about their patients, and the women that work the desk, truly care about you!! ❤️ I will never go anywhere else ever again to get an eye exam. This was the greatest experience I've ever had getting glasses and being fitted for contacts. He actually took extra time to make sure my contacts fitted me and improve my vision. Everywhere else I've gone to just gives me the most basic product possible and sends me out the door. Eye Care Optical is the best place in Kansas City to get glasses and contacts!! Place has changed so much and they are always friendly! They offer several different treatments to just make your life of using glasses easier. They speak English and Spanish! How unique is it to help several individuals, so many options and easy to get an appointment within a week!

I recently got new glasses here and the women that are not friendly. The woman that fitted me was rude and try to embarrass me , about my perscription being too strong for particular frames. So I had settle for a frame exactly the as my old frame. And when I went To pick up these glasses I tried them and they didn't sit on my face well. The lady that waited on said that's the way they're be. She was just being lazy and didn't want to adjust them. I had do it myself which was easy enough. These women that work there should not be there. They don't appreciate thier job. I'm done here. Never again.

I felt rushed trying to look for eyeglasses. A bit uncomfortable. And also the fact that I was reminded that I had a very strong prescription which I know but it didn’t have to be rubbed in my face like that.

Which I could rate this place 0 Stars. I would never recommend anyone to come here. Unfortunately I took my grandma here back in July of 2021. Now she has severe cataracts in both her eyes, which is not something that develops over night. Yet nobody ever informed her about her condition which only caused it to get worse and worse since we were not told what was going on or even given a referral to a specialist. Definitely don’t recommend this place.
