Only two stars because I know how much these facilities help patients once they actually get in. First time I called I was hung up on because I was told I called the wrong department, so had to start all over again. Second time I called it's like they're trying to convince you not to come in or that you don't qualify to come in. They say I have to physically show up in person for my first appointment which I say I'm happy to do so and then they suggested that I call Swope Health to do an online appointment when I specifically said I have to show up in person with the symptoms I'm having. Just sucks when someone's looking for medical care and they get given the runaround and these clinics are supposed to be there to help us. I've been a receptionist for a very long time and you have to be a very understanding and caring person to be a receptionist in the medical field, if you don't want to be there don't be there. People get discouraged easily, luckily I'm not one, but someone could lose out of care because of that or believe that their symptoms aren't as serious. *And just as a note as icing on the top it was the same female that answered the phone both times so ironic that I was told I called the wrong place.

I always get good experience at this place, they have been always nice to me. I have been all over the place here, pharmacy, adult and women care, child care, dentist, wic, blood test, ultrasounds when I was pregnant. I have been going there for more than 4 years now, never have a problem. They have been few times I had to wait more than 30 minutes in the women department but I don't mind it doesnt happen often. Every other place has been fantastic. Remember people will treat you, the way you treat them.

Over a year ago, this woman went to the Samuel U. Rodgers clinic because she felt she couldn't breathe. The doctor who treated her told her she had nothing wrong. He didn't give her illness any importance and made a misdiagnosis. Days later, the woman died of a blood clot. With proper treatment, they could have removed the clot or perhaps referred her to a hospital, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I think they should be more selective in their medical staff.
