America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I recommend this business. They took my husband in as a walking in Labor Day weekend ahe had rust in th eye from under a car. We looked for about 100 miles around us we drove 45 mins to America 's Best. America's Best was a good name 'cause they cared for and help him. Thank you for all the help! The Nance's

I had a great experience at America’s Best. I came in for an eye exam, got fitted for contacts, and also ordered a pair of glasses all in one visit, which made everything super easy and convenient. I really liked that you can try on Pair Eyewear frames in-store to see what fits and looks best. That being said, I’d still recommend ordering through Pair Eyewear (for additional frames/add-ons) online since the prices are the same and you get access to all their options. Amanda on the sales team was especially amazing; she was so sweet, helpful, and upbeat the entire time. She made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. Overall, such a smooth and positive experience!

For health services to be customer and service centered, the one receptionist's who was working doesn't make people feel welcome. Whoever was working the front desk March 26,2026 at 12:40 pm was very passive aggressive and had an attitude.My schedule is already busy and the receptionist at this location not only failed to properly check me in, AFTER i waited about 30-40 minutes for my pre test,the doctor tells me she didn't get all my files, so already i'm inconvenienced,she takes another 7-10 minutes taking her time on the ipad to get it set up. My appointment never even began. This is all separate from the attitude that was given to me when I walked in and also asked what other times were available to reschedule and she was very snappy. I probably will never go to another Americas best.

I have been trying to get the correct contact prescription for a few weeks now. They gave me the wrong prescription twice. I bought a whole pack of contacts with the wrong prescription (because they didn’t have a trial pair for me) and they wouldn’t let me exchange. I’m now out over $100. They did order trial pairs for me finally, but when I called to see if I could try dailies they said they would call me back within a few hours and then a few days went by. I called again and was transferred to the manager (Alyssa I think) who was extremely rude and hung up the phone after saying she would pass along the information. She didn’t even say “bye” she just hung up being very rude and snappy. Avoid this place!!!

i really love this location! i did go to one back in ohio and didn't have the best experience with the staff, but the staff here is like amazing and they give top notch customer service! shoutout to jada for helping me getting the glasses i exactly wanted! i also think the eyecare membership is worth it mostly bcus i dont have vision insurance anymore lol, i also appreciate them cleaning and adjusting my glasses when needed :)
