I do like the service of the young lady who make an appointment and the doctor also really nice no rushing on me at all. He is very detailed on checking everything that he can do. Not trying to sale or anything and tell me to come back next2 years because my eyes is good vision nothing wrong just because I used my eyes to focus a lot when I’m working and also like the old woman she asked me do I have an insurance so she can discounts. She served a good service to me.

I am a bit disappointed by the service that I received when I visited on 4/25. Upon walking in, I was greeted, and I attempted to tell the woman who was assisting me what I needed, which was, I needed my glasses that I purchased from the Walmart Vision center repaired as one of the temples to my glasses broke while I was wearing them. The woman proceeds to tell me that they did not have the tool to fix my glasses, and told me I would need to purchase a new frame. I proceeded to tell her that I have a warranty and she seemed surprised, and said, “you got your glasses from here??”. I said yes ma’am, I did, and I have a warranty. She then got up from her seat and had another woman come over, and I could overhear her saying to the other woman, “she claims she got them from here”. So the other woman approaches and she proceeded to ask me information so that she can look up my information. Once she pulled it up, she turns to the first lady and says yes she has a warranty until July. So the second lady asks me can she see the glasses and said, “I’ll be right back out with them.” So I asked her, I thought she said you didn’t have the tool to fix my glasses? The woman didn’t respond. This is my issue: why wouldn’t she request pertinent information from me initially? Why would she automatically assume that I hadn’t gotten my glasses from there?? It doesn’t even make sense to bring glasses that I purchased elsewhere to Walmart because common sense would tell me to take them to the place that I purchased them from. Why would she say they don’t have the tool needed to repair my glasses when that was clearly a lie? It took the other woman less than 5 minutes to repair my glasses. I don’t know why this lady didn’t believe me, or even try to look up my information and IMMEDIATELY assumed I hadn’t purchased my glasses from them. I didn’t even get an apology. The lady just stood there looking dumb. I need someone to explain to me the protocol of how they are suppose to address customers. Because either this lady sucked at her job or just flat out didn’t want to help me. Nevertheless, this is the reason for the two stars. I would have gave them one star, if it had not been for the 2nd lady who took the time to actually pull up my information and saw that I did purchase them from there, with my private insurance and had a warranty. I didn’t appreciate how I was treated, and hope to never have to encounter that woman again.
I really like Dr Nobles and Sharon, but his check-in staff is garbage. If you hand her your card, she lays it on the counter. It's rude. She doesn't wipe off the equipment in front of you, just wants you to believe her, then when you ask her to do her job, she rolls her eyes. Some people really need to just quit ruining other people's day by showing up for work. She needs to keep her miserable self home or work at a call center where there is no direct contact with people.
Had a 10 a.m. eye doctor appointment this morning. I was told to sit in an adjacent room near the receptionist. After she worked with a prior customer (eye pressure test, etc.) and answered the phone she asked if I had an appointment (no greeting). I told her I had a 10 a.m. appointment. She gave me a clipboard and a pen. I filled out a patient form and stood up to give her the clipboard and pen back. She told me it'd be $80. She never asked if I had insurance, which I do. But I figured I'd just file a claim to get my $80 back. I have her our FSA credit card and sat down. About 10 minutes later, she did the eye pressure test and some focus test on me. Afterwards, she said I could take a seat or go next door and look at eyeglasses frames. I sat down and spoke with the woman who was tested by the receptionist before me. After waiting about 45 minutes, an older woman asked when the doctor would see her. I'd watched her get treated and she placed her chart in FRONT of my chart. She was told that the doctor was running behind and that there was one patient (me, the only chart in the holder) ahead of her. The woman complained that he was nearly 45 minutes late and she may have to leave. During this time another woman came in and got tested. However, the receptionist placed her chart BEHIND my chart. The woman before me came out and the doctor grabbed the newly arrived customer's chart. By now us been waiting nearly an hour. I asked the receptionist why the new customer was taken before me. She said the woman was already there. I asked why her chart wasn't already in the folder and she just stared at me before mumbling "I don't know. " I told her I wanted my copay refunded to which she smirked and said "Sure. I can give you your money back. " Infuriated that this was the most she'd spoken to me and the first time she smiled, I signed the refund receipt and left. My wife had visited a few months ago. This was the only reason I tried this place. She said she had an older receptionist who was very professional, apologized for the wait, and checked on her insurance. By the way, my insurance (Humana) said there should've been a $20 co-pay.
I like Walmart they have a huge variety of products! Sometimes employees can get a little rush but that is okay because they are working long hours ...
