I had such a great experience at America’s Best! Brittany, Holly, and Asia made my visit genuinely enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, their energy was upbeat, funny, and welcoming. They helped me choose a pair of glasses that I really love, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. Their customer service wasn’t the “traditional” kind—it was better. It felt personal, real, and comfortable. I’m really glad I came in yesterday. If you want a place where you’ll be taken care of I definitely recommend this location!

Anthony could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They were extremely busy since one employee had left to attend to a family issue which meant Anthony was scheduling appointments while answering phone calls. He and the store manager, Devon ensured everyone was helped.

Great experience with most americas best but this experience was, smoother, and they went above and beyond! Got in and out the first day with Britany and the glasses came in sooner than expected, and then when I arrived Anthony was a huge help adjusting to fit my weird nose haha but they were great there including the woman in the front with the red dye hair! Thank you everyone!

Called to get my prescription from a previous visit, and they refused to help me over the phone. The lady said the words to me very disrespectfully "do you understand what I am saying?" Save your money and go somewhere else
