America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I want to give a shout out to the excellent team of America’s best in Raritan location. I’ve been a customer with them for 3-4 years and I always have a very pleasant experience there. This is a very well run location with easy scheduling, and I never have to wait for a long time. The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. The lady that does the pretest is always so professional and so patient! I always struggle with the puff test, but she would always take as much time as needed with a patient. Also the eye doctor is amazing! They’re both very thorough and knowledgeable. The general manager also came through for me today when I had an issue, so I am a very happy customer. Thank you all for your work!

Went to get my glasses readjusted and this guy who was dressed really unprofessionally decided he would try and adjust my glasses. He took a very long time to do the job and clearly didn’t know what he was doing as all I needed was some screws tightened. He ended up scratching my lenses with whatever he was trying to do. Also he was very obnoxious trying to get into my business which I didn’t like. Very disappointed in my service as I’ve been a customer here for a long and I definitely won’t be coming back until he’s gone.

Friendly and helpful staff, Dr. Lee was straightforward and made the process quick and easy. Estevan and his co-worker were helpful and friendly. The receptionist was also friendly. Johnathan, the eye salesman, was helpful and guided me in selecting the perfect add-ons for my glasses. Would definitely come back.

I went to pick up my son's contacts today at around 6:30 PM. Even though the store says it closes at 7:00 PM, the door was already locked and the lights were turned off. I could clearly see an employee inside, but the store was closed early. It is very frustrating to waste a trip after a long day of work when you make the effort to get there well before closing.

I was working memorial day morning and my glasses were super loose on my face and kept falling. I called and asked for the hours since it was a holiday. They closed at 5 and the sweet lady who adjusts the glasses was going to leave a little earlier. I got off at 3 and called again just to make sure she would be there. The super sweet employee John said she would wait for me. I sped over and had my glasses fixed by Maria. Thank you Maria and John for the help and amazing interaction!
