America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a great experience at America's Best, not just because of the glasses I ended up choosing, but because of the outstanding customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, taking the time to give honest opinions on which frames suited me best and which ones didn't. Their guidance made it much easier to narrow down my options and find a pair that I feel confident wearing. What impressed me most was their dedication—they stayed with me all the way until closing time to make sure I found the right glasses. I really appreciated their patience, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile.

I came into America’s Best with my wife today and she was checked out by Alexis L.Hellwig and when I mean this woman was amazing… she was AMAZING. She answered all our questions, she was patient when we needed different pricing options with insurance, and really went out of her way for us with NO hesitation. She wanted to even go above and beyond for what we needed! I don’t wear any glasses but if I did, I would DEFINITELY go here just for her!!! 10000/10000 experience. Highly recommend!!!

Alexis, Debbie, and Erik were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. From ordering prescription eyeglasses to making sure everything was just right, they made it smooth, easy, and stress-free. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out, and truly appreciated how comfortable they made the whole experience. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for excellent service and a seamless visit!

I had a very disappointing experience buying glasses from this place. After purchasing them, the lenses fell out. I went back, and they “fixed” it, but I was told that by doing so I lost my warranty — which already didn’t feel right. Just 2 weeks later, the exact same problem happened again. When I returned, they told me the issue was with the frame itself. which I had originally purchased from them. So basically, they sold me a defective product. What made it worse is that they admitted the problem wouldn’t really be fixable and could happen again. When I asked for a solution, instead of replacing the faulty glasses or taking responsibility, they offered me a 30% discount to buy a new pair. I don’t understand how a business can sell a defective product and then expect the customer to spend more money to fix their mistake. It really makes me question their quality and honesty. I definitely would not trust buying from here again

I didn't have to wait at all and the tech and the dr were very nice. The associates on the floor were fantastic and helped me choose the glasses that looked best on me. It was like a mini fashion show. Its hard to find that kind of customer/patient care these days.
