My experience here was wonderful. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but they were also extremely kind and supportive. Everyone I spoke to was clearly knowledgeable, and both the technicians and the doctor thoroughly answered every question I had. The tests and exam felt thorough, and everything was explained to me clearly, including all of the results. I did not need new frames at this visit, but I did notice they had a very wide selection that seemed clean and well-kept. Overall, I highly recommend this location, and look forward to coming back for my regular exams in the future.

My husband forgot his contacts and glasses while on vacation. We went to multiple different eye centers to see who could help us and America’s Best came through!!! Saved the weekend for sure!

Only observation was that the Optician appeared bored, repeating a memorized script very fast. She has told patients the same information numerous times. But it was my first time hearing it.

Everyone in the office was wonderful. Char knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me try a variety, even though I ended up not liking that style. Start to finish, a great experience.

One of the pair of glasses is of poor quality and despite repeated refittings, won’t stay up on my nose. The sides stretch out within a week unlike my other FOUR pairs of glasses. Obviously, this is an issue with poor quality frames. The second pair purchased at the same time are fine.
