Very friendly staff! Amanda at the front desk was so helpful in helping me pick out frames. Elizabeth and Cass have great personalities and made the process quick and easy while answering any questions I may have had. They were all very welcoming and friendly which is hard to find in any customer service/ healthcare setting.

Went to store today greeted by Amanda very friendly and explained everything in full great customer service. Then went to Elizabeth this is fourth year dealing with her. A great asset to your company. Explains everything in full. Gives us different options. Very friendly and great customer service. So happy we are dealing with America’s best myself and my husband.

I’ve been to America's Best four times, and every visit has been excellent. I’m always greeted courteously, never had any sales pressure, and the eye exams are very professional. The prices are reasonable, and I’ve been thrilled with all the glasses I’ve purchased. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Honestly if you need glasses or anything, DO NOT GO HERE. Whenever Elizabeth who has worked there for years is there, I have an absolutely horrible experience. I did not say anything the first time because maybe she was having a bad day but when it becomes 2 and then 3 encounters, it’s not a bad day it’s her personality. The first time i got glasses here, she didn’t even try to help me even though it was my first pair and she started helping out other clients!!! Another time, i wanted to add a feature and she told me it would be an additional $140 which I was okay with paying until someone else chimed in and said they can rebill the glasses which came up to only paying maybe $50 more!!!! Now my last and final encounter with her is the icing on the cake! This time I called ahead 2x for a missing nose piece and I was told it should take a quick second to put on or just to give me to do it. NOPE. Waited over 30 minutes and still no help. The new girl tried her best to help me but she didn’t know anything about where it was even when she asked Elizabeth for help she ignored her. Elizabeth a long time worker here said she was too busy with a client who kept going back and forth about choosing glasses about the frame shape and size and cost and going to different brands. Elizabeth said, “I’m with someone.” WOW! Didn’t show that same courtesy with me when I was getting my FIRST pair! Also they had just hired a new one last month and now again so clearly there is high turnover and I can see why people would not want to work here. A simple nose piece. The new girl asked her for help about finding the nose pieces and she said nothing, until 15 minutes in, she went and grabbed the boxes from the cabinet and then plopped them and left again! The new girl tried to help me look for the right one, all different sizes. Finally found something that was not near what i had but was the best we could do only to realize it’s not even the same clip for the nose pieces. You can come here but expect to wait probably 1hour plus for any type of assistance. The eye doctor himself was kind but the 2 minutes you spend with him does not equate to the ridiculous 1hr + interactions here. I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PAIR OF GLASSES HERE AGAIN!!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF
