1st time glasses wearer. The experience couldn't have been better. The mgr and staff were great. They were patient and friendly. Due to being a first timer, had to try a few different lens types. The team was extremely accommodating the entire time. Never made me feel unwelcomed. I love my glasses and will recommended this store to anyone who asks. 5 stars
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I am extremely disappointed with the appalling customer service at the America's Best in Boothwyn (Larkins Corner). My vision benefits have not renewed yet, so I wanted to get an eye exam and I had pay out of pocket because I was told my benefits starts ithe date of my last visit When I tried to explain this to LuLu , she put her finger in my face to stop me from speaking. There is absolutely no excuse for that level of disrespect and physical dismissal. I will be taking my business elsewhere and highly recommend others avoid this location if they expect to be treated with basic respect! I paid &150.00 to be disrespected!
It was my first optometrist appointment, and their staff was great! Heather was so comforting and informative, I deeply appreciate her assistance throughout the process. Dr. Lee was also amazing and very thorough. I felt like my concerns were treated seriously and felt confident in Doctor's treatment plan. They were also able to schedule me very quickly for an appointment. Very happy with my visit and with this practice! Thank you!!
Went to Boothwyn today everyone was extremely nice,customer service was a 10!! The OP Tech Heather was amazing, she walked you through everything with ease, and makes you feel very comfortable with everything. I had the virtual appointment and Heather made it so relaxing I will definitely repeat that again next time. Thank you Heather. I also want to thank Lulu for all the help she gave my husband and I picking our frames and lense choices. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! First off.. older white woman that does miscellaneous tasks in the office greeted all the white patrons and ignored me.. but whatever its typical for her age group. Worst customer service ever, very deceptive practice. Came for an eyeglass and contact exam. They no longer carry Accuvue Oasis contacts and tried to force me into a brand they do carry. I declined to order the boxes and took my script to my usual contact vendor. The vendor contacted America's best to verify the script and they informed them that I have to wear this new brand that I am not familiar with. There own sales person told me not to order the contacts they wanted me to get. Very unprofessional and on track with Delco. I will go back to the KOP location. They need to close this one.
