America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I called yesterday before taking 1 hour drive to make sure they could help. The lady on the phone checked and said we are all clear . Once entering the store with my toddler the front desk lady was very very rude and gave me totally different information and made me feel like she did not want to even serve us . After questioning here she finally found the info. They also failed to say they do not have frames for children under 6. I ended up leaving and definitely will not ever go there again ! They seem like they dont want to work or maybe they are just as rude as they showed ! No apology needed , no I do not want anyone to contact me about my experience neither … fire these people and hire some people that like to do their work and treat customers well! Shame on ya all establishment ! Save your answer defending your establishment reading through the reviewes apparently many have these issues !!! Changing how you treat customers might go along way ! Would not recommend this place for parents of children !!!!!

Customer service needs to be improving, I toke my niece to get the contact eyes glasses class, my sister have scheduled for Thursday, when we arrived, Nicole Morgan was completely rude, embarrassing herself arguing the appointment was on Friday, which can't be, because I have the trip planned for months, I live in Saint Louis Missouri. We won't come back for now on the contacts will be purchasing on line.

I only go to America's Best to get my prescription and then I leave and get my contacts and glasses elsewhere. I have done this for 8 or 9 years because- why wouldn't I? It is funny though because I've never actually been PRESSURED to buy until my last visit. Both the optometrist and the assistant had the audacity to ask me where I was going to get my contacts from HAHAHA obviously never from you guys! 🤣😭😭 STOP! Listen, I'm young. There's no reason for me to ever buy glasses in-person. I have this thing called the internet, where I can get glasses for $15 after paying $100 for you guys to look in my eyes for 12 minutes. They really thought I was going to buy something from them! That is so insane and I would never do that 😂😂 It probably shows in my file that I've literally never purchased glasses or contacts from this place ever. And I never will! I'm sure that they are getting push from corporate to try and convince customers to buy glasses and contacts in person. But the rude nasty attitude and the audacity combo- You guys will never get anybody to buy anything from you. Look at your other reviews! People keep telling you this and you're wondering why no one buys anything from here? The unfortunate part is, the exam was actually pretty good. The staff was okay enough. But I would never ever ever ever never ever never never ever buy anything from America's Best. In my life. Ever. Especially after that last appointment because who do you guys even think you are? 🤣😭 Print my prescription and goodbye. Fools. And since you guys have started doing exams online, you'll probably go out of in-person business relatively soon with all your silliness. And we won't miss you because you have a bad attitude! Yuck!!

Wilkes-Barre branch is a well oiled machine. Relaxed setting, comfortable. All the the employees are knowledgeable, give good feedback and express checkout. The doctor seems to be a studious man and loved chatting with him. Americas Best everywhere always seem to fulfill their title 😎🤓

From the time I walked in the door with a friendly greeting, and had my eyes checked, and then checked by the doctor for prescription, and then checked out and worked with payment and insurance, everyone was extremely extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are great!. Chances are you see the same doctor year after year. I've been coming here for years and I don't know why anyone would go to those ridiculously expensive places where they shuttle you around like cattle and all they care about is your money and how much insurance you have. When I walked out the door of America's Best I was provided a thorough understanding of the condition of my eyes. At the other place, no one provided me with the condition of my eyes; I had to ask before I left, after I paid my bill, and then I had to come back two more times because I could not see properly out of my glasses. Three times a charm. $275 for just any old frame at the other place. At America's Best you can get TWO pair of glasses, complete with the eye exam, and walk out the door paying A LOT less than that!...a lot less! Thank you America's Best!
