My needs were acknowledged immediately. Tammy took great care when helping me pick out a frame based on my needs for progressives. She really knew what she was talking about. The knowledge and experience of all the staff was noticed as I was there. Very professional and friendly. I found their prices very competitive. They offered better deals than my insurance offered.
The lady at the reception desk is awsome, she noted what glasses i wanted and a year later I was able to get them. ( darn insurance would not cover what I needed.) The Dr answered all my questions, and I had many, The staff for the most part did not appear happy, but did do their jobs well, and that is the most important part. I would rather have perfect glasses from ok people, than messed up ones from service with a smile. And don't get me wrong they were pleasant, just not what you would expect. I will go back. Very professional.
Dr. Susan was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything from beginning. I can't say thank you enough. I must also say Mary C. Was amazing. I was nervous and she managed to put me in a more relaxed frame of mind about picking out frames and lenses I would highly recommend Visionworks and their staff to anyone.
BEST service!!! I planned on looking...but I was greeted so warmly and was so surprised at how hard the sales rep worked to use my insurance. I loved the selection and had a hard time making the final choice (there were so many really nice ones to pick from!!). I never see this kind of service anywhere these days and it was truly the best experience I've ever had purchasing eyewear. Shout out to Mary C.💜
Visionworks in Wilkes-Barre, PA is a fantastic healthcare team! You couldn't get better care! The doctor and staff are so wonderful and caring. I have received my care here for many years. I can't say enough about the doctor and the staff!
