America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Well I'll be honest. I was following in my doctor's footsteps. She went from one one America's Best that I used to go to and since she travels around now so I basically wanted to see her. So I went here. Was treated very well. Very professional. Got to see my doctor who've been seeing prior and yeah I thought it was great. They were very courteous. Very nice! I will definitely be contacting them when I need my contacts

The staff is very friendly and professional. My husband, daughter and I loved our glasses. We highly recommend them!

My 45th birthday is coming, with an special gift… now I need reading glasses! Thanks to all the Staff, excellent service, they have great deals and cute eyeglass frames to choose from. Very patient and everything explained in detail. Now to wait for my new life partners to arrive.

For 36 years I have worn contact lenses and EVRY SINGLE TIME I HAVE HAD AN EYE, EXAM I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A TRIAL PAIR OF LENSES. BECAUSE THE NEVER EVER HAVE MY SCRIPT THEY TRY TOBGET ME CLOSE ,UNTIL TODAY. TODAY I came wearing a pair of -5 lenses my script is -6 and -7 with adjustment for astigmatism...Normally they get me close. Typically they dont have lenses that adjust the astigmatism, but they will have the main negitive numbers, so they give me those as a trial, and I order my script everything's good to go... Not today instead of getting me close to my script, they send me back out with -5s when they could easily have done what every other doctor has done for 36 years... So I spent $130 and see exactly same as when went in. When they could have easily gotten me close and improved my vision tremendously, they choose to send me back out blinde The worst part was THE ICE COLD TOTALLY UNAPPOLOGETIC WAY IT WAS DONE . I MEAN THEY CLEARLY DID NOT FEEL THE LEAST BIT BAD ABOUT IT ...To send an person who CANT SEE BACK OUT WITH 0 IMPROVMENNT WHEN IT WAS ABSOLUTLY WITH IN THEIR POWER TO HELP MEIS NOT JUST WRONG IT EVIL. THE WAY THEY DID IT, COMPLETLY VOID OF ANY AND ALL EMPATHY. . Because I got the eye care plan I am unfortunately now stuck with them for 3 years of the most atrocious customer service service I have EVER experienced inmy entire life. With the exception of the woman at the reception desk who was VERY NICE and Tech Brooklyn, I feel what they did was a dileberate act of cruelty against someone who is in a way BERY MUCH disabled. When it s their job to help people who suffer this disability the treatment i received here ...UNFORGIVABLE. If need contacts or glasses go ANYPLACE ELSE.

The quality of the products they sell are inferior and do not last. You are better going to LensCrafters or a well known chain. This is the last time I will ever use Americas Best.
