America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Their glasses are junk. Warranty for a replacement pair, just 1, that's it. My lenses were supposed to be scratch resistant, and we're scratched a few times in just a couple weeks. Took them back, for another pair, and same thing and now they don't do anything about it. Frames are junk and fall apart as well. They lie about the get one free they always advertise, you go up there to get some glasses and then oh, yours don't qualify, per usual. Complete junk, I'll never go there again and I will tell everyone else not to as well.

Great at making appointments. Terrible at keeping appointments showed for my appointment and was told they couldn't do it because they had no eye dr in the store and couldn't get a dr on a tele vision. I was never told before hand that the eye dr would be remote and will never go back or have a remote eye exam

Had an appointment claimed they no longer took my insurance when I’ve been going there two years. Checked my policy, they do take my insurance so clearly they don’t know what they’re doing. I don’t know. I’ll find another place to take my business.

Thank you to the Staff and Doctors at America's Best. My sister was going to have to wait until the end of December to get a new prescription. I called America's Best office and got 2 Appointments the same Day. Can you Believe it? She was really nervous about going to a new Dr. but you all made it a really fun and educational experience. Thank you. I got a full exam and prescription too. We are waiting to see if the glasses are going to be as great as we expect. I will be sure to give an update.

I recently had to change in insurance providers and had to find a new eye doctor. I gave America's Best in Tarentum( Pittsburgh Mills) a try. My experience at this location was great from start to finish. the girl at the front desk was super nice, The doctor listened to the issues I had with my previous prescription, corrected them, and now I have glasses that I can actually wear, And the gentleman who both helped me choose and order my glasses and then also helped me when I picked them up was kind as well. Overall great experience
