Dr. Dutt is wonderful. She takes time with her patients and my filler is absolutely perfect. I trust only her with my face.

I had a horrible medical experience at this business. I went to Dr. Dutt for lip filler on February 10, 2025 at her Pgh Mills location. The filler was injected so poorly and too superficially, that ever since the procedure, I have experienced huge nodules and irregular lumps under my skin, horrendous asymmetry and migration of the lip filler that migrated into my nose. This experience has been very emotional and painful. I went to her once more, after the procedure, to ask her to dissolve my filler. She refused to dissolve the area I was concerned about and belittled me by telling me it's my fault because of my lip shape. She instead agreed to dissolve only a tiny amount into the huge nodule in the center of my upper lip. The injection was so painful and did nothing in regard to my concerns. Since then I needed two rounds of filler dissolver, (performed at another business) which has cost me $300. A third round is inevitable. I also have missed many days of work because of this. There has been NO ethical patient follow up on her end. After multiple attempts to reach her via phone and mail, she has yet to reach out to me. I am a paying patient! The lack of follow up care on her end, is disgusting. *** Adding after her reply… SHE DID NOT TRY TO HELP ME WITH MY ISSUES. She disagreed with MY opinion of how my lips looked. They were CLEARLY uneven. She told me it was because of my “difficult lip shape”, making me feel like the results were my fault. She seemed offended that I was questioning her work (I wasn’t). She said if she dissolved the area of MY concern it would look bad (it already did look bad). I even told her that my friends and family said my lips were extremely uneven. She only cared about her opinion and didn’t even want to listen to my concerns! I told her from the very beginning, I wanted only a subtle, natural look to my lips. After going back and forth, I asked her if she could at least, please, dissolve the HUGE lump in the middle of my lip (I thought maybe that would help bring my right side down). She agreed to that without fighting with me. Afterwards, she bulldozed me into giving her a 5 star Google review. The whole appointment felt so awkward and wrong! I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable in a medical setting! Walking out of that appointment, I told myself, I never wanted to come back ever again. Fast forward, I have been seeing an actual PROFESSIONAL and EXPERIENCED injector. She took the time to explain to me, my facial anatomy and my “M” shaped lips. She told me Dr. Dutt injected WAY too much filler into my lips (I needed 3 rounds of dissolver). She explained how poorly Dr. Dutt did the injections. The filler traveled into my nose, due to her injecting the filler too superficially and injecting way too much in one area. I also had huge, painful lumps under my skin. Please, do your research. Go to an experienced injector, who puts patient safety and quality first and foremost. *Picture was taken days AFTER Dr. Dutt said my lips were NOT uneven and before I went elsewhere for help. When I smiled, it was so much worse! How she could say this was even, is beyond me!*

I would not go back....the doctor was nice as was everyone who worked there. It was a very short wait no complaints there. I wouldn't go back because I don't think the quality of xeomin at this office is very good. I had 50 units with very very few results...and those results (very few) only lasted less than a month. I have had less units (20) of xeomin with better results. Daxxify 30 units also gave me much better and longer lasting results. I hope this helps anybody looking ....

I went for Botox on my forehead. I am 35 and have some horizontal lines across my forehead. I have a large forehead so I needed 40 units for my whole forehead. I was pleased with the results and have gone one other time since then. My only negative was that I had to wait about 45 minutes after my appointment time, but price was decent and results were good! I also had filler injections in my cheeks which was somewhat expensive and I didn’t really notice much of a difference. I wouldn’t get that again but it could just be me.

2023 update: I found a permanent solution for TMJ, which I have been pain free from now for over 1 year. I recommend seeing LIVF dentist. Check out the one in Wexford, PA. I am lowering my stars as service gets more chaotic and less professional each visit. I took a good year break from any Botox injections and decided to get some in my forehead recently. I scheduled an appointment in her Tarentum office this time vs Brookline. My appointment was at noon, so was many other peoples, I did not get "seen" u til after 1. Not only was my appointment almost 2 hours long due to too many patients, too much chaos, not enough staff, but office was unorganized, doctor lost my chart, and above all else she presented unhealthy environment as same blue cloth on chair being used over and over by all patients and my blood was on it, she didnt change it for next patient, just called her right in and went to work on her as I paid. Only after I sat next to her "station" of supplies where bottles are on their sides and everything is misplaced. During MY procedure, Dr Dutt left half way complete with the needle in hand (that she just inserted in my face with only 1 glove on), walked out to ask waiting room to be quiet, then came back in to complete procedure. So unnerving and unprofessional to take a "sterile object" out into public then come back (again with only 1 glove and no I didnt see her was her hand or use hand sanitizer) in to stick me again. During the visit not only was experience very unpleasant but one of her staff members was told to leave for having an attitude as she was overwhelmed, first time working in this location, was having computer issues and more and was given with no direction and looked clueless and frustrated. Although staff member did have an attitude, above all else she needed help and a leader to guide her. It was a very unpleasant experience and with spending almost $1000 in 1 visit it is VERY DISAPPOINTING. I will be finding another med spa 😌 as Luna Vision has made me feel icky, unsafe and unsanitary plus they do not respect my time, and if saving a few bucks means this experience, I dont want it. I leave this review in hopes Dr.Dutt can be better. Oh ya: they also kept my cresit card during check out by mistaje and I had to return hours later to get it...and I know that ultimately is my responsibility to make sure I have my CC, however with how chaotic it was, I couldn't do that and left without it. 2021 Review: I just started coming to Dr. Dutt for TMJ Therapy via Botox injections in the jaw. I have severe TMJ (5+ yrs of terrible pain and tightness, surgery needed, taking 2 muscle relaxers a day was only way I could talk most days). It has been 2 months and the injections so far are working great. I am more than happy with the results. The muscle tightness has decreased by 80-90% (depending on the day). My pain levels have drastically decreased. My face appearance is more normal, no more bulging muscles on the sides from constant clenching and grinding. Botox was my last resort before surgery as surgery is very invasive and not successful in many cases. I did a lot of research and finally decided to proceed after 1 yr of contemplating. I am so glad I did (wish I would have dont it sooner). I have received the most relief from this treatment versus anything else I have tried in past 5+ years. The procedure is quick and Dr. Dutt makes it painless. She lost 1 star for the office appearance/professionalism. Office setting and treatment room could be more professional/medical like, needs updated. (Brookline Office)
