We love this doctor and the ancillary staff too but I really wish that he took our insurance. We left him for 2years and although the price was so much cheaper our eyesight didn't measure up to Dr Bissells did. So we came back and although we had to pay a lot more it was worth it. We had to drop the extra coatings and such but I think that we'll ultimately be happy with these glasses!
Dr. Long spent so much time explaining to me the issues I was dealing with, no one has ever taken that much time with me. I realized the issues I’ve been dealing with since I was a teenager have been overlooked. I had seen Dr. Long a few years ago for a different eye issue and she left such a positive impression on me. I knew when I needed an eye exam I wanted to go back to her. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Long at Bissell Eye Care.
Dr. Boswell was amazing and took much time with my 90!year old mom. He explained everything well and helped improve her vision. Great experience. Highly recommend
I was having lightning bolt bright lights and floaters in my eyes. I got an appointment within the hour. Dr Long is very thorough and very friendly. Willing to take all the time you need to feel assured your issues are addressed. We could find an eye doctor closer to us but we feel very comfortable staying with this team. The entire staff is dependable and friendly.
Bissell eye care is the best! I've been going there for many years now. Always treat me with respect. I have glaucoma and don't have to go anywhere else for treatment because they have all the newest equipment to monitor it. I highly recommend them.
