So let me just start off by sharing my horrible experience first and last experience with americas best of Glen mills pa in the Concordville town center. I needed two of my current glasses tightened I work nearby and just wanted to kill two birds with one stone well should’ve thought twice, so I walked in where I wasn’t greeted at all by the two woman working one being Anastasia they were extremely unpleasant and very miserable looking. So I asked if I could simply have my two current eyeglasses tightened no big deal the first one she tightened she did good but my next pair my clear Oakley centerboard ($198.00) she tightened and snapped them in half and laughted about it how rude and unprofessional and I said what are you gonna do for me now that my glasses that you snapped that I rely on every day are now broken. She said very cocky. Well, I can have them done in two weeks and replaced. I said well that doesn’t work for me because I need a minute a week. I said I need your name and your corporate number called corporate only to find out that she’s the manager of the store how do you have someone a manager of the store that doesn’t even know how to tighten glasses and who is so rude so the corporate guy told me to go back to the location he spoke to Anastasia and I was allowed to pick any frames out of my liking any price let me correct any two frames of my choice at any price only to find out when Anastasia called me back that when she was going to submit the order that I was only getting one pair of frames I had to pay for the other at that point she went against her word false advertisement, so I gave her my script. Got my glasses back on. August 15 2026 upon picking them up, she didn’t even ask me if they needed to be tightened. How funny is that because nor would I even let her tighten a pair of my glasses again So besides all that I had to go through Oakley to replace my Oakley clear centerboard frames and then your competitor LensCrafters, who does a complete better job and is more professional and actually knows the craft behind tightening glasses. I will forever go there they put my old prescription lenses into my new Oakley centerboard.clear frames. With no issues at all, I will no longer ever walk into an America’s best again and everybody I know I will tell them to never go to an America’s best store for glasses or any eyeglass needs. Anastasia needs to lose her job. She doesn’t deserve to be manager of that location. This location needs to be looked over big time or even shut down because the way they run business there is ridiculous and not only that when I receive my glasses today my new ones from you guys the free pair. I tried them on only to notice that my prescription is way stronger than normal. I think one lens is stronger than the other.
