America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I’ve gone to America’s Best for a few years now, but have been regularly getting my eyes checked here over the past 3 years. Dr. Casey is kind, professional, & willing to educate. It is nice to have an optometrist stay at an office & have consistency in my care. The staff are overall pleasant & positive. I met the general manager for the first time & right from the start she was warm & didn’t seem to judge nor push any membership/products on me. Glad to have an America’s Best with this staff in the area :)

Customer service is welcoming and helpful. However, I was rather confused by the billing process with insurance. The buy one get one at a percent off, doesn't really benefit insurance clients. I was misled to understand that both glasses I purchased would have the same requirements applied. However only one of them had what I requested. Upon return I was informed that it was an additional charge to have the other upgraded. It was my fault for trusting that the associate entered my request correctly and that the billing contained what I was assured would be done. So my advise is to not be overwhelmed by the salesmanship and review your bill thoroughly with associate to ensure you're getting what you paid for. It also took three months and several returns, to get all of my glasses ordered to have the correct prescription installed and fitted properly. Still problems with fit, but I gave up.

It was the 1st exam for me & my husband at America's Best in Andorra. Dr. Casey was very thorough & kind. Eyvind the tech & Jahaira the assistant manager were great. I was pleased with my exam & eyeglass purchase! We plan on returning next year.

Mike was very helpful and very sweet! Anytime I had questions he made sure he gave me the right information which I always appreciate. I cant wait to get my new glasses too. When I first walked in I was greeted by a man who was also very nice. 10/10 experience.

This place is great! Amazing customer service, and various choices to pick from. It was super easy getting a pair, no struggles! All the glasses are super comfortable.
