I had such a wonderful experience at this eye care office! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. When it came time to choose my glasses, they were so patient and helpful, making sure I found a pair that I loved and felt confident wearing. I was also impressed by their wide selection of frames, with options available for every budget and style. The biggest surprise was my final cost—it was much more affordable than I expected! The combination of excellent customer service, quality care, and reasonable pricing made this one of the best experiences I've had with an eye care provider. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for eye care services.
Stopped in to see the various types of Eyeglasses . The staff was so nice and having spoke with the young lady Dominique and she gave me such excellent customer service that I went on and got my eyes examined today. The Eye doctor was also very nice and Informative. Dominic‘s coworker was also very nice. This city Avenue eye care four star.
Jay is so awesome! She's patient and knowledgeable and very good at her job. She made sure that I was comfortable and that I knew how to properly use the glasses. She has great customer service skills. He makes you feel so welcome and she takes her time and answers any and all questions that you have and make sure that you are completely confident with the service that you received and the product that you're paying for.
Jay made me feel like a genuinely valued customer from the first moment I spoke with her on the phone making my appointment. She was incredibly kind and patient with me in the store when helping me pick out glasses and when answering my questions about pricing and insurance. She remembered my name each time I visited the store, including when I came back to pick up my glasses the next week. I truly appreciated her kindness and helpfulness.
