America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I bought my contacts in bulk, their brand despite a gut feeling I shouldn’t. After a few weeks I noticed increased blurriness even with contacts in. I decided to go to a different eye doctor closer to me. I have an astigmatism that the eye doctor at Americas best didn’t catch. What makes this annoying is that when I compared the prescription (as astigmatism has to do with the size) it was the same. I know have 6 months of useless contacts. Never again will I go here. Update: having seen that they replied with an email address. I was like cool they are trying to make this right. However only received one response asking a question (that could have been answered by reading the orginal email) and nothing else. It’s been close to week so I fear that the reply to my original review was a “let’s look like we care” post. No actual follow up.

The staff is always so wonderful and pleasant. It's the only place I feel comfortable enough to go and always feel welcomed. I got my glasses sooner than the time frame given which was incredible. I love how the Dr explains everything when reviewing your exam results with you. They have a variety of frames and the prices aren't outrageous. Thank you for all you do, continue doing an amazing job.

These people told me twice that my glasses were shipped out to me. I waited a few days still no glasses I called again last Thursday I was told sorry we didn’t ship them but they shipped out today you should have them on Monday. Here’s Monday still no glasses so I called again they weren’t even shipped the lady said “sorry they were shipped today” I’ve dealt with a headache for well over week bc I don’t have them also cannot drive at night without them. This place has just been a hassle to deal with. I think it’s ridiculous I pay extra money for shipping and I’m having to go through all of this just to even get my glasses. The lady I spoke to was also rude, I don’t recommend this place.

They really suck at getting orders delivered or notifying patients when they have received them. Due to the fact nobody reached out to let me know they were available for pickup, I had to leave town. So now I’m going to be without contacts after paying the office nearly 300.00 and it’s ALL due to lack of communication from the eye doctor. Very disappointed. Don’t go here if you need confidence in getting what you pay for.

America's best was wrong when I went for my appointment. They told me it's going to be and hour behind when I was there on time so I went to go pick up my wife at Walmart and came back they took someone else and it hasn't been an hour,I was very missed i will not go there again..
