Visionworks Doctors Of Optometry

First off the workers there are some of the friendliest and helpful staff I have ever dealt with. On this trip, my insurance wasn't pulling benefits for my son to get get glasses. I asked them to call the provider and I spoke to Renee who actually remembered that I had the same problem last year. She was able to speak with my insurance company and get approval so my son could get his glasses. Renee was incredibly helpful and friendly through the whole process, she explained all my benefits clearly so that I could make the best decision on who to proceed. I would like to give a huge shout out to Mary, Renee, and Krista for being so great!

I was price shopping, because money is tight. They were very helpful, and able to beat my other quotes by $ 40. I highly recommend Visionworks in Cookeville Tn.

We walked in on a very busy Friday and everyone from start to finish was kind, courteous, and patient with us. We left 2 hours later with glasses and contacts and feeling very well taken care of. The receptionist was amazing to watch and interact with. I will go there as long as they're there because the level of care is so good.

The doctor and employees are excellent. My only problem was having an appointment and walk-ins getting in prior to my appointment which pushed my appointment 45 minutes late. I was there for 2 and a half hours. My appointment was at 1030 am. I wasn’t taken back until 11:20 am. Then sent back outside after tests were done. I waited 30 minutes then they called me back after 45 minutes to see the doctor. Several walk-ins showed up prior to my appointment which should have been scheduled around a person who has an appointment.

Great experience. The customer service is incredible and was fun. I’m looking forward to my new glasses. Thanks everyone.
