I originally brought my mother to TN Primary Care in hopes of finally getting some answers. She had been dealing with recurring issues, and despite seeing multiple doctors, we couldn’t find out why they kept happening. Ashley Brockman provided the best care we have ever experienced. She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. Before even meeting with us, she had already reviewed all of my mother’s charts and shared information we had never been told before - even from previous hospital stays. It was so refreshing to meet someone who truly cares about their patients. I was so impressed that I now take my teenage daughter to see her as well, even though we live in Nashville and drive an hour to Cookeville. I also plan to become a patient myself. EVERYONE at TN Primary Care has been wonderful and Ashley’s care truly stands out. I’ve been recommending her and the entire practice to anyone who asks. We are so grateful for the excellent care we received!

Don’t bother using the portal features. I called the office to make an appointment one day and the office was closed for something. I went to the portal and found a feature called “request an appointment”. Very handy tool since I can’t reach the office! I filled it out and hit submit, expecting I would get a phone call or a response with possible appointment dates when they were back in the office. I got an immediate response, on a day the office was apparently closed, only to tell me to call the office. My entire request had just been dismissed and ignored. Very poor operations, indeed. Why have this feature if it cannot be used? Instead, it was more like my request was an inconvenience and not worth a proper response…

My first visit went very well. Excellent staff. Ben Aaron was great. The lab girl that took my labs was super sweet!! Not sure what her name was but she was fantastic.

I've been a patient's of Dr. Aaron's since late 2021 or early 2022 while he was still practicing in another town. He saw me through a very emotional, physical & rough time most of 2023, and I'm very grateful & will never forget his kindness. However, the last year trying to make an appt has been terrible & can't get in for weeks. We're only human and don't have our ailments on a schedule. You're sick or injured enough to see a Dr but not sick enough to go to ER. By the time two weeks rolls around, a person is either better or went to the er, and I just don't have the money to go to an ER. Insurance only covers so much.

I have been a patient for months now and let me tell you I’ve never been happier. Dr Alexander is the best doctor in Cookeville!!! He cares and listens to any problems I have and actually believes me!! I was so scared to open up to him but he eased me into it and has helped me so much!! As long as he is around here I will be his patient!
