The staff was very kind and did everything efficiently. Dr. Alison discussed treatment options for my glaucoma, I will have laser done in a few months to relieve the pressure. Dr. Alison is super cool, I felt right at home. Oh and the building inside is beautiful! I had a great experience.

So good to be back with Dr. Cosgrove. I missed her. I am going to Cookeville now to have her attend to my eyes. The young women who checked my yes and did most of the eye exam, were very nice. De Cosgrove checked my eyes with the slit lamp and looked in my eyes after dilation. The office is large. Construction is going on now to add on a Wellness center. I know the flow in the building will be better when you can walk on the front of the building.

During a recent visit for my regular eye exam. I had developed cataracts on my left eye. Dr. Hudson took time to explain what my options were. And ended up with having the surgery to remove the cataract. Dr Hudson is awesome.

We are new to the area and followed recommendations for Middle Tennessee. All employees were kind and helpful. I feel that all of our needs were met. A shout out to Kayla for her help with ordering glasses and contact lenses. And special thanks to Dr. Cosgrove for listening and understanding our needs. She was wonderful. Keep her on the team.

The Dr and staff and timing were excellent. The secretaries up front, however were very rude. The sign in sheet has a column for which Dr you're seeing. I was never told which Dr I was seeing and told them such. In return they rudely and in a talking at me way told me to just write down the name of the patient and the birth date. I looked for where to put the birth date. There is no column for a birth date so I brought this to their attention. Again, rudely, I was told to just sign the dang thing. It was very inappropriate and demeaning.
