Absolutely love this location! The optometrist Randy was thorough when it came to explaining my exam. Mel was very patient and helpful. She took a lot of time helping me and my husband choose our perfect frames. We took up a lot of her time! LoL The entire experience from being greeted at the front door until we paid was great! Will definitely be going back.
I had such a great experience with Danna during my contact lens training! As a first-time contact lens wearer, I was pretty nervous, but she made the entire process so much easier. She was incredibly patient, cheerful, and positive from start to finish. Danna shared so many helpful tips and tricks that made learning to put in and take out my contacts much easier. She took her time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before I left. Thanks to her encouragement and excellent teaching, my first experience with contacts was a success. She truly went above and beyond, and I can’t recommend her enough!
Everyone was so nice. However, we had an appointment and waited over 50 minutes. We had to cancel our appointment because we had to be somewhere else. We were told there will be a wait due to other patients coming in early for their appointments. Keep in mind we had arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment. What is the point of an appointment if you aren’t going to be seen at your appointment time.
I went for the first time to America’s Best at the end of April to get New glasses and prescriptions for them. I was so nervous. When I left, I felt so much better and happier I made the decision to choose this facility. The very kind lady that took her time with me was Chao. Thank you for all your time and help. Everyone that works here is super Kind and Caring of your needs… I now have my New glasses and let’s say, I should have made this decision years ago…. It’s a wonderful gift to be able to see better and appreciate kind caring people..
What I love, what I love! This location is amazing! Staff is amazing! Optometrist's are amazing! Selection is, AMAZING! Prescription is always on point. Dana just called to check in on me and see how my new subscription was working out? Love this office, I've been coming here for 10 years. Come here, you'll be happy you did!
