America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I love coming to this specific location because everyone is so nice. They make the process of getting contacts or glasses so easy. I went about a week ago to get my vision exam and to order myself some contacts Isadora was very helpful letting me know the pros about having contacts. On Wednesday 6/17 , I get a call that my contacts were ready for pick up. I scheduled my appointment since it’s my first time ever having contacts. Next day which was today 6/18 I go in and Diana was the one that helped me with the class. She was super nice and so patient with me since the contact wasn’t going in easily 😂 once we were done with the class, she was super helpful helping me choose my new pair of back up glasses. Definitely going to continue coming to this location. Thank you to Isadora, and Diana for making this new experience with contacts super simple :)

Very rude front staff. Walked in to inquire about my glasses being loose on the side of the front frame. She grabbed my glasses and then informed me “these look bent. They don’t look like they were picked up and set down and then you picked them up and they were bent like this, something must have happened for them to bend” she was very hostile. I then informed her I was unsure what happened or what could have caused this. She continued to be rude, and very unprofessional. I was in complete shock. Can’t believe I spent my money and time at this location. Hire professional staff. I will be calling back to speak with management.

Got my eyes checked for the first time in a while and everyone was super friendly! Diana was so wonderful helping my mother and I out with our glasses and contact order! Will definitely make this our go to spot for our eye exams :)

The staff here is great! There is one girl in particular that is hilarious. She does her job but also keeps you laughing. Then there’s the lady doc that looks like she just wants to get you out of there quick and go home 😏 She just never looks like she wants to be there lol ok thanks all.

I went to the one off 35 and Military. We'll let.me say..I applaude the service. I'm not sure if her name is Marisa.(sorry if incorrect) but she was diligently looking for my file and after a good amount of time found it ,but my point she took the time and the store was busy so my gratitude to her especially,for having the patience and everyone there for the professionalism
