Simply put the very best Ever experience with exam picking out frames, payment and all customer service details checked to the max. Biviana, Gabby, Hali, Ethan, and Dr Lopez when I picked up the glasses Louis was also very helpful and cheerful. Everyone made me feel important and like I was the only customer in the store. I absolutely love them and will be back. I got my glasses earlier than expected everything was great I was taken care of to the max. Thank you so much America's Best for truly being America's Best!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jessica provided outstanding service. After a small accident, my glasses were badly bent and I wasn’t sure they could be restored. As a customer, I brought them in for an adjustment, and Jessica did an amazing job. She carefully repaired them, replaced the screws, and had them looking and fitting like new again. Her attention to detail and professionalism were truly impressive. Thank you, Jessica, for the excellent service!

Cheap eye exams, but it's nearly 18 days later and they don't even have a tracking number for my contacts. In the store I was told it takes up to 10 business days to get contacts, with most arriving sooner. I called on the 10th business day and they said they never got a tracking number from the lab and would inquire/call me back. I had to call again 3 business days later because they didn't call me back and now tell me it takes 10-14 business days. Convenient how it suddenly changed. They offered no remedy, blamed me for ordering UPS ground instead of expedited delivery (that I wasn't even offered), and when asked if this is usual they condescendingly said "contact lenses do take a while". Go to Visionworks, they're much more consistent and deliver contacts on time.

I had a fantastic experience at Texas Vision Associates (America’s Best) From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff Gabby Jessica and Biviana were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and SUPER helpful. They fixed a pair of glasses that I thought were broken, then adjusted and tightened my other glasses too. GABBY, JESSICA, and BIVIANA were awesome I will be back for my next pair.
