By far the best customer service I have ever had! Both Linsley & Phillip were both very knowledgeable and super helpful when picking out my frames and lenses. Total recommend you give them a visit at their 281 location.

Very unprofessional office staff, doc is great though. The staff lacks order and work ethic, most looked like they rolled out of bed put wrinkly dirty clothes on. They act very childish, laughing and giggling uncontrollably. Made patients uncomfortable. Dress code should not include yoga pants. Please get staff that represents your company in a good way.

Been coming here for many years now, I never had a problem until this past time. There’s been a very big lack of communication and to much miscommunication. I’ve ordered the same contacts (daily’s) the last 6 years and all of a sudden without confronting me they ordered monthly’s and then were confused when I questioned why they were giving me monthly’s. I then had to wait another week and a half when I got a text that they were ready, I went to pick them up and they didn’t have them.

Mia was super helpful when I was picking out my glasses. She helped me find a pair that looked really good on me and had a great, stylish look. She also explained the prices really well, which made everything a lot easier to understand. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. I’m really happy with my glasses and appreciate all of her help!
