I wanted to thank Dr. Bustamante for his professionalism and being a Dr. who listens to his patients and wants to help them and not rush them. He took the time to listen to my concerns and address the issues that my 2 young ones have. He also took his time to explain options for eyewear. A true professional. We had a great experience with Dr. Bustamante! It was very easy to schedule my family's 4 appointments, and he had weekends available. When we arrived, we filled out paperwork and were seen right away. He was very thorough, and we were in and out in no time! He was very nice and personable, and I would definitely recommend him!
The reviews are true. No people skills and is always in a hurry to leave during your appointment. Save your money and time and do not support a person that is supposed to be helping others. Just a reminder, WE are the customer.
Absolute garbage of an individual! I definitely will not be coming into this establishment after seeing he does not pay for any services that he receives and scams hard working families out of their valuable time! Please notice that he also has a sour attitude towards individuals when he gets called out for what he’s done wrong as well!
Sad to see how people mix personal life with business, clearly all this people writing reviews are ganging on him. Apart from that, I walked in to Mr.Bustamante office and he is extremely nice and made me feel comfortable, he answered all my questions not rushing me at all with my questions. Defenetely best optometrist I ever been!
