America’s Best at 6600 Spring Steubner Road, Spring Texas is THE BEST for customer service. Especially LeWarren and Meka! I needed the screw replaced in my glasses (not purchased from America’s Best). It was a bit tricky and they teamed up and got it done. Everyone was courteous. I noticed how patient, polite and helpful the entire staff was while attending to customers while I was waiting. I am very impressed with their service. They will probably see me again soon for my next pair of glasses.🤓

Horrible. Been coming to this location since it opened, maybe 10 years. It has consistently been getting worse and worse.. Making an appointment doesn't even matter, seems like doctor picks who ever they want to help first. Waited almost 2 hour, AFTER my appointment time. Used to recommend this place but will no longer. Try STANTON OPTICAL 2 glasses and exam for $79. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I had a great experience at America’s Best. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and ready to help. They answered all of our questions and made the ordering process simple and easy. They were also very helpful when assisting with my warranty issues and took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly. The entire staff was friendly and professional—especially Francis, who went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for excellent service and a smooth experience! 😊👓👏

I just moved to the Texas area I have not been to America's Best in years, but I will have all my subscriptions fill there. With that being said there's a young lady at the reception desk that as soon as I walked in the door she was so and had the biggest smile You don't see that much in customer service these days kudos to her, my glasses are fine and I will be filling my prescriptions from now on at Americans best. She's a reflection of the management that manages this store location

Best interaction I’ve had with strangers in a while. Mika is so kind and informative, it’s clear she genuinely cares and goes out of her way to help patients. Toward the end of my visit, another patient came in a bit grumpy, and she handled it with great composure. Laura instantly made me feel comfortable and walked me through each step of the pre-exam. She’s doing a great job and clearly shows both care and knowledge. Jason was incredibly patient with me, especially since I didn’t have my paperwork in order. He thoroughly explained costs and how to order contacts. Dr. Stager was also very kind and took her time with me, answering all my questions during the exam. Overall, an amazing group of people and a great environment. Everything was clean and organized. Wishing you all the best.
