I'm mixed all but 1 staff member was friendly. Was on time with my appointment. A quick in and out for two frames .But I returned 1 pair with very visible markings on the lens, But given no problem asking for a refund .Took 9 day to get the frames in.
We had a really great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. The Dr. was wonderful. I took my son and my mother as well. She was very thorough with all of us. I really liked that she made small talk with us instead of just getting us in and out. Hector helped us with our glasses. He was extremely helpful and patient. We will definitely be giving them our business in the future.
Dr. Emerson Is very thorough and understanding on what’s really going on with your eyes she’s really wonderful and the assistant miss Shari Was great she Fix My glasses for me I love coming to America’s best they are wonderful. I do recommend if you’re needing to get your eyes checked to come to America and also they always have deals that are going on that are affordable.
pretty annoying experience for myself. I came here first time back Dec 2025 and I pop back in 5 months later JUST FOR FRAMES and they run me through the exact same exams as previous (which is still valid/up to date) but I was not aware nor told I don’t need it and they wanted to charge me $$$ for my exams and frames. I only needed frames and if I was told I did not need a re-check, I would not be leaving a review. They have my information in their system, why did they not let know as a customer who can save money, to just get the frames only because I had just came in 5 months ago? They just want money. It was unfortunate and my experience which is why i’m sharing.
Excellent service. I was attended to very quickly, and Dr. Paula Emerson was very kind; she spoke to me in Spanish whenever I didn't understand something in English. The overall care was excellent, right from the moment you walk in and are assisted by the receptionist. I have definitely found my lifelong optical provider with them. Plus, the prices are very good and reasonable. This clinic is definitely a 10/10.
