Appointments are easy to book, wait times are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. However, I’m very disappointed that after paying for services, I was told my prescription isn’t valid unless I purchase glasses in-store. They also refused to provide the full prescription details needed to buy glasses elsewhere. This was not disclosed upfront and feels misleading.

I had an incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Americas Best Contacts & Eyeglasses that I feel compelled to share. The front desk staff exhibited unprofessional and invasive behavior when they asked for my husband's Social Security number, insisting I write it down on a piece of paper despite my clear discomfort and suggestion to show it on my phone. They then snatched my phone and wrote it down themselves, which I found intrusive and inappropriate. After completing paperwork, I inquired about the status of his Social Security information and was rudely told to "have a seat," despite the fact that I had been waiting patiently. To make matters worse, as I walked past the front desk, a male coworker in his late 20s harshly told me I needed to "grow up," a completely unprofessional and disrespectful comment that left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. I find it astonishing that they would refuse to give me back the note with my husband's Social Security number before I left, and the overall attitude and treatment I received was immature, dismissive, and frankly unacceptable. Customer service should be focused on respect and professionalism, especially when dealing with sensitive information, and this experience was a clear failure on all levels. I would strongly advise others to consider their approach to privacy and courtesy before choosing this establishment.

I had a great experience JC my technician took his time to help the best pair of glasses that will fit my face. He explained measurements frames and made my time at Ameticas Best very relaxing. Very professional and informative. Thanks
