These are the Frames I chose, and I had a great, experience. Friendly, patient, courteous service. Plus a very clean restroom. I was in and out feeling satisfied. Exam, 2 different Frames, and Lens total was $234.00 (a GREAT VALUE) I highly recommend AMERICA'S BEST!

The glasses came crooked when I received them and “nothing can be done to change them” then after a few months of having them the gold plate came off on the sides and front and was staining my aides green and was told it was my greasy face when ive been wearing metal frames all mu life. No attempt to help or check if we had insurance or anything. For 350$ glasses im never going back.

I recently came into America's Best after having a mishap with my glasses. I had already resigned myself to the fact that I was going to need to replace my all-time favorite frames with a new pair of glasses. I was certain there was no saving them. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I brought them in and Cheya took a look at them for me. She tinkered with them for a few minutes and they were basically good as new! I'm truly grateful for her help. I was not looking forward to dropping a couple hundred dollars on new glasses when money is as tight as it is, especially when needing to replace my favorite frames with something different. So, again, thank you, Cheya!

Great Customer Service..Attentive to Detail & they know their craft. Alvaro & the Team were awesome. Came in with glasses missing a screw & not fitting properly. They fixed my New Glasses, replaced the screw and made them fit perfectly. I definitely recommend all my friends to come here for their eye care needs..👍🏾👍🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I have purchased the same pair of glasses from this business every year and have been a loyal customer for years. This year I purchased the same glasses again and have had nothing but problems. The lenses constantly pop out, the glasses repeatedly need to be tightened and the orange plastic pieces on the ends constantly come off. I went back to the business today because these glasses clearly have an issue and I wanted to see what could be done. Instead of actually trying to help me they told me that because I did not purchase the maintenance package they could not do anything and my option was to buy another pair. That is absolutely ridiculous. After being a loyal customer for years I expected some level of customer service. Instead I was basically told to spend more money because the glasses I already purchased are not holding up. It is very clear that this business cares more about making another sale than taking care of its customers. I will not spend another dollar here and I will not be returning.
