America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Went by a few days ago, everything was pretty fast however I noticed that I was charged for ONE pair of glasses for 95, instead of two. Their whole deal is 2 for 95, so it feels like a scam. Also the staff is so awkward, really doesn’t talk to you or anything. Another thing that doesn’t sit right with me was when I did my eye exam, I asked to keep my glasses on, when usually other eye exams I’m asked to take them off so it feels like my updated script doesn’t feel valid. The doc was alright. He was good

Great experience. The place is big and clean and has a large selection of glass frames and on sale. Everyone was very friendly, from Christina the receptionist to Joe the assistant who explained to me the exams before doing it. Dr. Martinez was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I was quoted a price for the visit but I was given a lower price because I didn't need certain things. Thank you for their honesty.

Fast, easy and a great price! Brought my seven year old to get an exam because she had been having trouble at school. Doctor was very thorough during exam and answered my questions. My daughter was super comfortable with the staff here, they were so helpful. Especially when she was picking glasses. We should get them in a week. I think we'll be coming here from now on.

Reading the recent reviews I was a bit concerned; this is my second year using my insurance to get service here my first year was a good experience and this second time has gone greatly as well; I decided to get contacts and the people in the front did a great service to be patient with me and explain me how to wear contacts, take care of them and explained what my insurance covers; now the doctor I don't understand what happened in these other reviews he was very professional in my appointment and made me feel comfortable with my questions being my first time with contacts he explained and even shared his personal opinions with certain contacts types such as daily usage vs weekly vs monthly. He was clear and direct and I'm honestly going back again whenever I need another service, I got there doubtful of service but left wearing my new contacts and with a positive experience from here

Came here to get contacts, and they did service me as soon as they could, but the girl that ordered me contacts did not check for my astigmatism, did not ask me what type of contacts I prefer, and just said “okay, I just ordered them.” That’s it. Did not even ask me if I easily get dry eyes or irritation (which I do). She probably just ordered the standard or most expensive ones. Didn’t even give me the price before charging me. When it comes to something so important, I want someone caring and knowledgeable to help me. Not whatever I got that day. Update: I did finish all my contacts finally and they were not a great fit and my eyes were dry after 3 hours of wearing them. All this could have been avoided with good service on behalf of the employees.
