America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I was told I would be emailed when my contacts arrived. They were ordered June 12th. On June 19th, a Friday, I received an email that my contacts had shipped and I would receive an email in 3-4 business days when they arrived to the store. Today, June 26th, I still had not received an email they had arrived. That's 5 business days. So I called to check on the status and the store told me they were already there. When I said I had not received an email, the girl on the phone said "sometimes the automated messages don't go through." Yeah, I'm sure the automated messages don't go through when human error dictates that no human told the computer they arrived so the message could be sent. When I ordered, I asked to order 6 months worth of 2 week lenses. That would mean 2 boxes for each eye. I received 2 boxes Total. When I asked they said they were 1 month lenses. That's not what I ordered. I'm irritated that I am just supposed to put up with it or "I'm a Karen." Whatever. I'm used to this kind of service these days in EVERY industry, not just Healthcare.

I've been going there for 15 years and they're always on time great frames and Courteous service.Great place to buy Your next Ok air of Glasses or contacts.Bless

I recently visited with Susana and Jessica on this past Wednesday morning! These ladies were great and very knowledgeable! They helped me to understand my newly purchased eye glasses. I highly recommended this location and if you stop remember these to exceptional women ! Thank you again ladies for your patience and willingness to educate!

Wow! Is really ALL I can say. As “Customer Service” isn’t something you learn it’s actually a gift. Which was beyond exemplified at the Wheatland location. I felt right at home and yet overwhelmed with the great experience I had starting from the phone call with Ms. Nicole, prior to my appointment as I was in desperate need of an exam.. and thought I would have to wait weeks before being seen. After we ended the phone call just minutes later I received a call right back saying: -(Nicole): Hey, Christopher.. you can come in tomorrow!!!. That’s exactly what I did.. to be greeted and welcomed in by the whole team. Brianna - walked the wall with me going from frame to frame until I decided (myself-super indecisive) only 40 minutes until I made my final decision..LOL Very Patient and friendly No pressure at all.. I STRONGLY💪🏾 recommend THIS location to ANY & ALL seeking exceptional Customer Service! So go there and meet “tha Gwurllzz” Ms. Nicole & Brianna are ALL-STARS 🤩 in my book. Tabbie is nice to.. I just picked up my Frames and she made sure that the fit was customed to my liking!! 💯🫡💐🤭🫶🏾 I’m giving you all your flowers now!

This location is absolutely the BEST! The entire staff are 5 stars! From the reception area to the decision making process. The process was seamless and they were efficient, effective, and eye education driven. I learned so much about my eyes when I was there, that helped tremendously. Susana was a true gem and sealed the great experience I was already having! Thank you to everyone today!! I'll be back!
