Every part of my husband and I’s visit was superb. They took very good care of us and answered any questions we had. Thank you for your quality customer service that is sometimes difficult to find these days! I would recommend.

Had a really good experience at America’s Best. Everyone was friendly from the start and made the whole process easy. Blake helped me out and explained what insurance I had and what it covered without making it confusing, which I really appreciated. They helped me pick out frames and I ended up getting two pairs of glasses. Scheduling the eye exam was simple, and even though I had to reschedule twice, they were super nice and understanding about it. When I finally came in, everything moved fast and I was in and out without any issues. My glasses also came in quicker than I expected, which was a nice bonus. Overall just a smooth, stress-free experience. Shoutout to Blake and the rest of the staff — I’d definitely come back.

WOW! Tuyen and her staff were absolutely amazing! Now I know why it’s called Americas best! My mom’s glasses had broken, and I was also overdue for an eye exam. I was honestly dreading the whole process because I had such a terrible experience at MyEyeDr last year—I felt pressured into unnecessary purchases and was treated poorly by employees who seemed more focused on meeting quotas than helping customers. From the moment my mom and I walked into America’s Best, we were greeted with smiles and a genuinely friendly staff. Tuyen showed us the different frame collections and took the time to help my mom find glasses she loved. My mom then went back for her eye exam with Madyson and came out just minutes later giggling! I was honestly shocked because she usually hates eye appointments, but she couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable and enjoyable the experience was. While my mom was making her final decision on her two pairs of glasses, I had my eye exam as well. It was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. I really appreciated that no one pressured me into additional tests or purchases. They explained each optional service, told me the price upfront, and let me decide what I wanted. The transparency was such a refreshing change from my previous experience elsewhere. Tuyen and her entire team are kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly honest. I also loved the huge variety of glasses! Other glasses places never had frames that I liked. I came out with two and so did my mother! Brandon made checking out quick and easy while Tuyen continued helping my mom. Every person we interacted with made us feel welcome and valued. Thank you all for such an incredible experience! You’ve definitely earned two loyal customers, and we’ll absolutely be coming back to this America’s Best for all of our future eye care needs. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff here is so welcoming and caring. Seeing the last two reviews made me feel like people can be so quick to judge or jump to conclusions. My appointment went great, the doctor was super professional and the manager even greeted me to make sure everything was going well. People are so quick to complain but this place went above and beyond for me and my families glasses needs! Thanks guys!

I would like to thank Gisela for such Great Customer Service and helping me with my father each and every step of the eye exam process and buying new glasses. Thank You so much for explaining in English and Spanish and making our visit splendid and wonderful! The doctor was very friendly and informative. Not only did we get treated with respect, dignity and compassion, the staff made sure we understood everything correctly!
