Fiona was incredibly helpful! She did an amazing job assisting me, fixed my glasses free of charge, and was so kind and accommodating throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service!

I live in Vegas. Every year, we travel to Washington, Utah to go to America’s Best because I’ve been going to this company for ages, and it’s a nice little trip for myself and my family. For the last 5 years, they have dropped the ball. Every single year we go in, and ask that our glasses and contacts be shipped to our home as we live 2 hours away. And every year without fail, I have to call them to get an ETA on the shipment and my orders are just sitting at the store. No call, no heads up, nothing. I confirm during the ordering process that my glasses will be delivered to my home, and I am reassured that they will be. But it in fact does not happen. It’s very frustrating. I do believe this past May will be the last time we use America’s Best. We have given them too many chances.
I have bought 6 pair of glasses with this store over the past few years. 3 of them fall apart the screws fall out. My last visit in January 2026 I expressed my concern on my previous pairs, they said not a problem any problem under a year contact us. I just got off the phone with a very short conversation (the lady had no time for me) I was trying to explain my experience. I was told to take them to a different eye glass store anywhere that it's usually free. Where is the customer service? I still sitting here in disbelief. I have spent years in customer service. There's no doubt I would of been terminated for handling a customer's needs like this. I will pay to have them repaired somewhere else and I know will never be in that store again. It is sad.The eye examiner was great and is the reason I have returned to that location. I wish him the best. He was very dedicated and patient because of my eyes. I really appreciate that.
This will likely be the easiest review I’ve ever written. The entire staff, from front desk to eye tests, were an absolute joy to be with. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable with regards to their inventory and options available. I had a very small budget to work with, and while I wasn’t able to get all I wanted, we worked through a few options until I was able to get all I needed and nearly within budget. The wait time? What wait time? There wasn’t any. My glasses are finally in frames I’m not embarrassed to wear. See easy, I know it was the best experience I’ve had of it’s kind bar none. Highly recommend you give them your first attention.
These people are great! I'm not even a patient and they went out of their way to accommodate me and do me a huge favor. I'm visiting from out of town and somehow forgot to pack my contacts but have been getting by with my glasses... until I managed to accidentally crush them. A nightmare situation for a blind guy on vacation! I called America's Best to ask if they had any trial contacts I could have to get me by. Fiona was the one who took my call, and out of the goodness of her heart, even though I'm not a patient, decided to help me out. My heart is full of gratitude for her kindness. Thank you so much!
