The optometrist is great, but receptionist is so rude and condescending. Seeing other reviews on here, I’m apparently not alone lol. When your job is receptionist, you need to at least pretend to be kind and cheerful.

I have never been disappointed with the quality of the frames I purchased from Costco. There have been times when I’ve needed to get new lenses that I’ve been able to reuse a favorite Costco frames for a second time! Dusty is my girl for fitting my glasses! She’s so good!
Dana Waugh in the hearing aid department was marvelous! I originally got Rexton and wasn't happy with them so Costco took the return and Dana fitted me with Sennheiser by Phonak. I am thrilled.
Very happy with the receptionist for my contact lenses. I was travelling out of state and forgot my contacts at home. I called her and she said to come in by 4:30 pm so the doctor could see me (if needed). I already had my perscriptiton and they didn't have the exact brand but they would do what they could to get me lenses for the rest of my trip. They provided them for free -- so generous and friendly.
My prescription was a bit off, so trying to get my eyes to get used to my new glasses did not sit completely well with me for long. I asserted my belief that something was not right. The attendant did say it takes a while. When I pressed it and got my needs met through re-evaluating my prescription, the the Costco vision center worked with me on it and even replaced free of charge the glasses. Being my first time getting glasses I did not know about the advice to get a computer pair. My attendant was knowledgeable enough to go out on that limb to help me see that I'd be happy, given my needs. She was very patient with me. She was right! I couldn't be happier! I feel like they went the distance when the prescription did not even originate with them, giving me another try on another whole new set FREE of charge; then that the advice given in the wake of a shaky first experience was excellent! I felt guided by a steady patient and knowledgeable hand when I needed it the most.
