We visited the vision center at Walmart last night. It was closing, and Deanna (SP) opened just to help us reattach a broken ear piece on my husband’s glasses. She stayed after closing, and helped us reattach the arm and even used a spare part. She was wonderful and very helpful!! Thank you visionary center for hiring such supportive and amazing employee!!
We live in Pioche NV and my son needed to change his prescription, Ive always went to either Lenscrafters or Americas Best...thinking Wal-Mart would have low quality frames and nothing higher tier. They have all the top brands, Ray-Ban, Oakley, Calvin Klein....all of them. After reading the reviews we took off this morning on the 2 hour trek, hoping 🙏 Deanna was working as so many reviews mentioned her. She greeted us right when we walked in and gave us everything we wanted. We wanted to keep our current frames and just get lenses for 3 pairs, she did it and did something not many do nowadays, she didnt try to upsell us into new frames, she was very upfront with what everything costs and I had no idea there was a 20% off lenses if you buy 2 or more and gave that to us. She is honest, easy to do business with, and goes beyond whats expected. Before we left she noticed my sons current frames were a little crooked and one arm was loose, she tightened it up and straightened his frames for him. We were on vacation and my daughter had some issues with her contacts. Deanna helped us solve the problem quickly and easily with absolutely no headaches. Strongly recommend!
Dr. Taylor Hunsaker is new at this vision center in the Washington, Utah Walmart but he has been my eye doctor for several years. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. I trust him completely with my eye care. He is a very kind and caring doctor who takes the time to explain all aspects of your eye exam. If you become one of his patients you will be very well taken care of.
Deanna was the most amazing helpful lady. Had the literal worst experience across the street at America's best. She made the day so much better! Can not recommend her and wal mart vision enough
