America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I want to recognize Warren, the Manager at America’s Best in Brickyard, for providing exceptional customer service. After having a disappointing experience at the West Valley City location, I decided to visit the Brickyard office instead. Warren took the time to listen to my concerns, treated them seriously, and took prompt action to make things right. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. I’ve been an America’s Best customer for over 25 years and have visited locations in four different states. Without question, this was the best experience I’ve had. The extra drive to the Brickyard location is absolutely worth it for the level of service and care Warren provides. Thank you, Warren, for restoring my confidence and reminding me what great customer service looks like.

On Monday, 6July 2026 at around 11am, I arrived at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeclasses. There was only one customer there and she was just finishing her purchase. I waited a few minutes expecting to be approached for help but was not so I asked for assistance. I told the customer service person (I believe was supervisor) that I was interested in purchasing eyeglasses and I had a prescription on my phone. She said I would have to email the prescription to Americas Best, she provided the email address to me and I emailed the prescription to the store. After waiting 15-20 minutes she approached me and said “I needed a paper copy of my prescription “ and that I would have to contact my doctor and ask them to fax a copy of my prescription to America’s Best. Now this made it very clear that this lady (for some reason) didn’t want my business so I said thank you and left. My daughter recommended America’s Best to me and didn’t understand this treatment. Im only writing this review to hopefully prevent this person from treating someone like this again. Very unprofessional, unpleasant attitude.

The receptionist was nice and professional. The optometrist was ok. Definitely rushed through it. The young woman that helped when picking out frames acted like she was totally bored with her job and short on personality. Had those glasses been for me I would have walked. The text or email that was supposed to notify us when glasses were ready for pickup never came. We finally called and found out they were in the drawer for pickup. The lady that helped us when we picked them up was very nice.

There was a short wait time and the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Croft is thorough and knowledgeable. Throughout the eye exam, he patiently answered my questions and helped me find contact lenses that fit my budget. I would highly recommend America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses.

I requested for a refund after finding out my insurance wouldn’t cover as much as I thought it would for eyeglasses. Keyla was so incredibly helpful and communicative. I got a refund, confirmed that my insurance reinstated my benefits, and reordered the glasses I wanted within two days. Excellent customer service experience—thanks, Keyla!
